The Accounting Administrator is responsible for providing financial, administrative and clerical support to the organization by reviewing and reconciling accounts, processing payments to external partners and maintaining updated records and invoice receipts.
The Facilities Manager will assist the Director of Engineering to plan, organize, and manage the facilities’ mechanics as well as hotel and commercial structures. This includes managing and training of the engineering staff. This position will develop and maintain engineering functions by leading the engineering program and capital expenditure process across the Widewaters portfolio. The IT Analyst is responsible for managing the organization’s Information systems and develops, implements, supports, maintains and modifies system requirements. This individual serves as a technical point-of-contact for assigned functional areas and assist with subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities. This position is accountable for ensuring continuity and successful delivery of functional services to users throughout the organization. The System Administrator’s role is to ensure the security, integrity, and stability of the in-house computer systems, data systems, servers, data networks, and network connections, including email messaging, storage, telephone, and convergence systems. The individual is also responsible for planning, developing, installing, configuring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing all network system and communication links, designing and implementing information security, disaster recovery, and information system business continuity procedures. The individual will also analyze and resolve for end users issues regarding operating systems, hardware, messaging programs, convergence and telephone applications and devices, and network connectivity in a timely and accurate fashion; and provide end user training where required.
